TKP Team Kanban Process

The course is designed for individuals who want to familiarize themselves with Kanban and begin using this new methodology for planning and executing their projects. The course is based upon the best practices of Kanban as suggested by the Lean Kanban University. This program would help define the service levels and improve the service delivery of the process.

The program emphasis on Load management of resources, not over burdening them in the system, by defining policies for work management and rules for WIP limit definition

The program is an instructor led classroom session with self-paced learning through hands-on practice, which is highly interactive by means of case studies.

The course duration is 1 day, and covers all aspects of Kanban, including Proto Kanban, Kanban Board, Kanban ticket design, WIP Limits, Service Classes, Cadences in Kanban
